Sokoliv is a village in Pulyn district of Zhytomyr region. Its first mention dates back to the mid 17th century. In the mid-20's of the 20th century, there were 506 Jews living there.
In October 1941, 11 Jews of Sokoliv were shot. The exact date and place of the shooting are unknown. In addition to Sokoliv, the killings of Jews in Chervonoarmiisk district also took place in the village of Ocheretyanka, and near Lysa Hora, which is near the village of Vesele and Yahodynka.

Соколів – село Пулинського району Житомирської області. Перші згадки про нього датуються серединою XVIII століття. На середину 20-х рр. XX ст. в містечку проживало 506 євреїв.
У жовтні 1941 року було розстріляно 11 євреїв Соколова. Точна дата та місце розстрілу невідомі. Окрім Соколова, убивства євреїв Червоноармійського району відбувались у с. Очеретянка та в районі Лисої гори біля с. Веселе та Ягодинка.
